The Spark: My Beginnings at Eldra

​

My adventure began with an electrical engineering degree from Zagreb, followed by a deep dive into IT in Business, a field that captivated my curiosity and ambition. For three years, I immersed myself in this specialized study, blending technology with business acumen. However, life often has its own plans; personal and financial reasons necessitated a shift in focus. Thus, in 2013, I transitioned from academia to the professional sphere, finding my true calling at ELDRA. As an AV Technician, and later as Lead AV Technician, I not only honed my skills but also discovered my passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Working on events like 'Top Gear Live' and 'The Voice', and collaborating with icons like Bryan Ferry, Snoop Dogg, and Wyclef Jean, I realized the power of technology in crafting magical moments.

The Dream: Hillside Studio

​

In 2017, a personal dream took shape in the form of Hillside Studio, the largest recording studio in our region. This venture wasn't just about creating a space; it was about building a community where artists could thrive. As I stepped into the role of an entrepreneur, I left a piece of my heart at Hillside. Even after my move in 2018, the studio continues to resonate with the energy and passion of the brilliant producers who now lead it.

The Google Chapter: Shaping the Future

​

In 2018, I embarked on a new journey with Google in Hamburg. Here, I was tasked with transforming over 150 EMEA conference rooms. This experience was more than just a job; it was a journey across cultures and cities like Tel-Aviv, Lisbon, Copenhagen, and Berlin. Each room I revamped was a step towards redefining how we interact with technology, enhancing spaces for creativity and collaboration. Overseeing thousands of rooms, I left my mark on Google, striving for excellence in every detail.

The Jabra Era: Leading with Tech and Heart

​

At Jabra, my role as the most senior technical resource for the EMEA region encompasses much more than traditional responsibilities. I am not only at the forefront of blending technology with empathy but also deeply involved in developing and enhancing our knowledge base. This aspect of my job involves training our engineers on the latest AV trends and methodologies, ensuring that our team stays ahead in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Moreover, my contributions extend to consulting with our product developers. Here, I apply my extensive experience in AV to aid in the development of high-tech equipment designed for modern conference rooms. This dual role of educator and consultant allows me to influence both our internal processes and the products we bring to market, ensuring they meet the highest standards of innovation and user experience.

My Agile approach, refined over years of diverse experiences, is crucial in this multifaceted position. It enables me to adeptly navigate the intricacies of stakeholder management and spearhead impactful projects that span from the creative hubs of Copenhagen to the tech epicenters of Silicon Valley.

Beyond Technology: My World of Melodies and Strength

In the quieter moments of reflection and relaxation, it's Bhalli, my French Bulldog, who brings a different kind of joy and perspective. Bhalli is more than a pet; he’s a reminder of the simple pleasures of life. His playful antics and unwavering companionship offer a grounding contrast to the complexities of my professional life. Bhalli represents the joys found in life's small moments, beyond the screens and gadgets that dominate our modern existence.
 

These passions – music, fitness, and the joy Bhalli brings – are vital pieces of who I am. They provide balance, enriching my life and giving me a broader perspective that I bring back into my professional endeavors.
